Please note that DentalPlus requires that your hard disk is formatted using the NTFS standard to implement performance, security, reliability, and other advanced features. Most modern computers will already have the hard disks partitioned using the Microsoft NTFS system, but if in doubt please contact our technical department for further assistance.

| Note
that this free download is available to any individual or dental
practice, but specifically excludes employees or anyone linked with
other dental practice management software developers. |

Download icon at the bottom of this page |

Save the setup file to somewhere convenient where you will be able to find it later, e.g. Local Disc C |
| |
|
 |
The
installation software installs a number of separate components
including the database installer and is approximately 47Mb in size.
This may take some time to download depending on your
broadband connection speed |

After the download has completed go to the directory where you saved the installation file, e.g. Go to Windows Explorer, then My Computer, then Local Disc C |

Double click
on DPsetup.exe to begin the installation |
| |
|
 |
You are first
prompted to read and accept the terms and conditions of the software
license, and confirm that you understand and accept them. |
| |
|
|
The process to
extract all the files and build the database now commences.
|
| |
|
 |
When the
Installation is completed, click on the Finish
button |
| |
|
 |
The first time
you run the program you will be prompted for information about
yourself. Complete all the boxes that are marked with an
asterisk, ensuring that the information is correct as this is the only
way we can reach you in the future with upgrade information.
Put in your preferred username and password, then click on
Activate DentalPlus. |

DentalPlus is
now ready to use, but you should first go to the Admin section and
complete all the required details for the practice and individual
clinicians. |

To assist you
we suggest that you print off a copy of the Quick Start document that
gives information on the functionality. To find this document go to
Start menu, then All Programs, then DentalPlus |
