The free Starter edition allows you to create full patient records and an appointments book, but is limited to making future appointments within three months of the current date and a maximum of three clinicians. Payment of a small fee ensures that you are kept in touch with upgrades and provides full telephone help and support.

The Associate edition adds to the Starter edition with a rich feature set that enables multiple workstations, medical histories, charting, multiple treatment plans, patient and practice financial information, outgoing communications via documents, email and SMS, UDA monitor, Directory of contacts and various pre-set management reports as well as fully integrated Web-EDI. This edition also comes complete with full telephone help and support as well as installation of a copy of Ultra VNC remote computer access software to enable us to carry out support directly onto your server (requires you to grant permission rights as required). It enables full external access to the database from anywhere worldwide and supports multi-site practices. Initial software installation and ½ days user training are also included. |

The Professional edition has all the features of the Associate edition plus both incoming and outgoing communications management, Voice over IP integrated telephone calls, practice diary and reminder system, free user requested software development, CPD logs, nightly external backups, clinical governance documents and fingerprint/electronic signature support for patient acceptance of documents to foster the paperless office. This option also includes free conversion of data from an existing practice management system. |
