First, register for our CD-ROM which shows the exciting system features, then arrange for us to pay you a visit to see the system in action. Alternatively give us a ring and we’ll discuss the options open to you. To help with your hardware decisions there is a document to download that gives unbiased advice. For any other issues our technical department will be happy to talk to you directly

We support you for the long-term, so discuss with us any issues, such as additional system features that you would like to see, and we then incorporate them into the next release. All at no additional cost

We ask you to fill in a system setup form and give us your details then we pre-configure the system prior to installation. Our experience in understanding your needs enables us to recommend the best and quickest route to solving your set-up issues in order to get you up and working quickly. After installation and training (we install a test database) we leave you to familiarise yourselves with it for a week. We then return for an advanced training session - all supplemented by our unique “HelpTalk” context sensitive learning system

The system auto-detects when a new version is available and downloads automatically. You may then choose when to install and update. Because the “HelpTalk” system is hosted externally it always reflects any changes to software and is a useful tool for learning new features

At the end of a phone is a manned Help desk ready to answer your call. No automated phone answering/queuing system with a promise to respond in the future - you get to speak to someone who can assist with your problem and give you an immediate answer. With remote access technology you are able to grant us permission to connect directly to your screen, so we can analyse your concern and guide and train you through the actions required

We are not suppliers of hardware, however we have an interest in ensuring that you purchase the correct equipment so offer unbiased advice which is available as a download. You can purchase locally, through specialised direct sales sites, or we can propose companies that offer sales, installation and nationwide rapid response.
We are here to help. We do not pass the buck whilst blaming others. Keeping you working is our business, and we will respond, even when it’s not our problem
